What you’ll get to do

  • Own and manage the end to end recruitment process (from initial engagement through to end of probation) for all non-Exec hires including contractors and internships.
  • Provide an exceptional, positive experience for all candidates that engage with Origami .
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholder’s in the business and provide advice on the recruitment market, create personalised recruitment plans and provide best practice training for hiring managers.
  • Ensure all vacancy and candidate tracking activity is managed via our internal ATS (Workable).
  • Report weekly on recruitment activity and metrics to the Exec team.
  • Work on recruitment specific projects with the HR team e.g. Careers section on our Website, employer branding, the onboarding experience, and pay benchmarking.
  • Be the first point of contact for all recruitment enquires for the business.
  • Act as the face of Origami Energy and demonstrate our Company values.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a self-motivated and pro-active Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our HR team. The role is essential to the successful delivery of our strategic plans and vision by helping us attract, engage and retain the key talent and capabilities we need. As an experienced recruiter/HR professional, you will provide an efficient and positive recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers and you will be responsible for the whole end to end recruitment process. You will be based in our London Commercial office, and there will be weekly travel to work with our Cambridge Technology team.
